It is envisioned to create at least one township in each district of Uttarakhand. With prosperity and wellbeing, it will have tangible benefits on the social landscape mitigating migration, cutting on the crime and a well-groomed disciplined youth force.

The model envisages ancient culture of Permaculture cultivation, green building practices, solar energy and dairy farming. These will impact the environment positively and make these townships mostly self-sustaining.
